Shipping Policy


Payment

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card, Paypal.
If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For ‘first-time’ online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details.

Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing.
 

SHIPPING METHODS

BONHOMIA delivers parcels via. According to the current international regulations of commerce, there will be an official invoice inside the parcel, along with the merchandise. The invoice will carry the total amount of the purchased merchandise in the same currency of the original order. Also the invoice will show the amount of each item purchased. Orders made of available items, upon confirmation of their availability and check of the bank transaction, will be processed the next working day of the order’s placement. The amount of the transactions made by credit cards or via Paypal will be settled only when processing the order. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delay may occur in the order’s processing

 

DELIVERY TIME

BONHOMIA processes orders in Bali from Monday to Friday. BONHOMIA processes orders the day after the order’s placement, or the next available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. BONHOMIAships parcels via . BONHOMIA cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to BONHOMIA control.
 

SHIPPING COSTS

Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
